Manoj Fernando is an award-winning Australian lawyer recognised for his expertise in migration law, administrative law, and complex litigation. With a career defined by both professional excellence and a deep commitment to access to justice, Manoj brings a rare combination of technical precision and genuine care to every client matter.
Manoj is currently in the final stages of his PhD at the University of Tasmania, where his research examines the relationship between government policy and immigrant radicalisation. He has previously completed a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
